How to Enrol in Emergency Management Courses
If you wish to enrol in one of our courses, please follow these steps:

- Obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI) (if you do not have one already) by downloading information here, OR go direct to USI website.
- Contact us to discuss if you have any literacy, language or numeracy needs, digital literacy needs, or any other needs for us to support you in completing your course prior to enrolment.
- Download our Enrolment Form. Complete this form (include your USI) and send it back via email.
- Download our Learner Information Form send it back via email. Please ensure you send both forms back.
- Please ensure both forms are submitted. You will be notified if there are any problems with your Enrolment and/or Learner Information Forms. Note that certification documentation cannot be provided upon attaining course completion and competency unless a USI number has been provided to FutureWest Institute.
